Self Development & Crystal Bracelet Making Workshops

Seven Collective’s workshops combine Self Development, Neuroplasticity, Spirituality and Fun! They have been hosted to over 3,500 people across Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place festival, Teen Vogue Festival, Conde Nast, Sony Music, Mortimer House, Chris Evans CarFest, Acai Girls, the Soho House Group & beyond.

In the first part of the workshop, we complete some private self-reflection exercises, we learn about limiting beliefs and how we can rewire these with more helpful thought-patterns. We complete a body-scan exercise, we learn a grounding technique, a breathwork exercise and learn more about the chakra system and our own ability to self-regulate and re-set.

In the second part, we then make our very own crystal bracelet, customised with words and charms. (The bracelets have been worn by Louis Theroux, Billie Piper, Suki Waterhouse, Kehlani - to name a few!)
