Seven Collective’s mission is to help people live more intentional and joyful lives

Intentional Living is at the centre of Seven Collective’s mission. I am passionate to share how busy people can adopt everyday and accessible ways to feel more calm, grounded and centred. Feeling content and calm isn’t reserved for yogis - I believe we can still have busy working lives - and still thrive.

I believe wellness is often overcomplicated in clichΓ©s - and instead, the most transformative practices are found in simple, everyday ways to self regulate our nervous system and reprogram limiting beliefs.

I host workshops and standalone talks on a whole range of self development topics, based in self development and neuroplasticity. I often host bespoke workshops for brands and corporations - tailoring the content to what is most helpful!

I believe this work can be both profound and fun - and Seven Collective workshops facilitate both. Scroll down for more about me & why I started Seven Collective.

Hi, Im Georgia. A Self-Development coach and Founder of Seven Collective

The workshops were born out of my professional experience forming media training courses for artists in the music industry, and my love for all things neuroscience and the spiritual.

In my media training courses, we would form answers to potential interview questions by looking into how we could best present our authentic self, we also explored ways to feel most confident and many of the tips I was sharing were based in the intersection of spirituality and neuroplasticity.

Lockdown hit, and I was doing more of these courses for artists (lots of people wanted help with communicating and feeling confident during interviews conducted virtually). At the same time, I was making my crystal bracelets, and one weekend I had an order of over 100. I thought to myself β€œit would be good if people could make their own, as making one or two is such a mindful act! 100 is a bit overwhelming!” I then decided I would run workshops where people could make their own bespoke crystal bracelets, and I could soundtrack these with the Self Development work I love to share, which has helped me so much in my own journey.

I always say β€˜it’s not just arts and crafts’ and it really isn’t. I strongly believe I’ve found a  method that integrates neuroprogramming, spirituality and fun! I’ve hosted to over 3,500 people : across Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place Festival, Chris Evans’ Car Fest, Teen Vogue Festival, many corporate workshops and private members clubs including over 30 workshops across the Soho House Group.

Living in London for over 14 years now, I’ve also finally developed methods where I can practise spirituality in a busy city and have learnt how to look after my nervous system in an environment that typically over stimulates and overwhelms. My workshops teach habits you can integrate in daily, in busy city lives.

I’m passionate about people tapping into their own personal power and trusting that they can get into the control panel of their own minds. So much wellness and spirituality these days is over complicated and unaccessible, and I love to share how everyone can simplify and liberate their own lives
