Your Self Soothing Pack
I really love this pack as it almost acts as an extension of the big night in, and is like a self care ‘first aid kit’
This isn’t to do / curate all the time, it’s a great thing to bring out when you feel like you’re on the cusp of feelings under the weather / or are feeling under the weather / feeling like you just need some TLC
I really like this as almost an emotional first aid kit, the ultimate check list of what I can layer into my day / evening to try and self-soothe. I make sure that the things in this list are quite accessible and not too expensive.
My Self Soothing Pack
1. A bath or shower using an essential oil – feeling really intentional in this space
2. A physical magazine, there’s something nice about just reading something with no ‘agenda’ ie. Not seeking an article out, and not having screen time
3. Fave snack bowl – getting my favourite snacks and just putting them into a bowl
4. Re-watching one of my favourite films, (Pretty Woman)
5. New incense / saging ritual
